Free Artist Demonstration @ Utrecht MIAD: Travel Watercolor Techniques
Utrecht Art Supplies has put together a wonderful demonstration that will focus on sketching while on location. It will take place Saturday, May 15th from 1pm to 2:30pm. If you are interested in travel drawing and painting, or simply using sketching as a means of visual journaling, this event is for you! Capture your spring and summer travels with a personalized hand. Local Artist, Kitty Dyble Thompson will demonstrate examples of drawing, watercolor rendering, the use of collage and binding your own sketches into a small format book. She will also touch upon “how to” create your own traveling art studio. Please call or stop in the store to get your name on the registration list. Space is limited and filling up fast!
